Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the older building were cozy and nicely decorated, but I had to deal with a loud air conditioning unit that wouldn't shut off on the 8th and 9th floors. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the busy 16th street mall, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. However, the dining experience at Ellyngton's was a bit disappointing, with limited dinner and cocktail selections.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown Denver with easy access to shops and attractions. However, the room wasn't as described and caused some inconvenience for my evening plans. The service was a bit lacking at check-in but redeemed by the knowledgeable and professional staff during our stay.
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Denver, making it perfect for enjoying sports games, shopping, or dining at great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms, despite being a bit loud and lacking some amenities like hair dryers, are spacious and comfortable. The service from the staff members, including John from the spa and Mariana & Christina at the lobby, is extremely professional and courteous. Overall, the hotel provides a great location and friendly service, with room for improvement in room amenities and dining options.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the lack of a desk lamp was a minor inconvenience. The hotel's central focus on the foyer, where afternoon tea takes place, added a charming touch to the ambiance. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's rest.
